A nourishing hair treatment that focuses on stimulating the scalp to promote hair growth and a healthy scalp! The experience is complimented with a soothing massage of the head, neck, shoulders and arms to release tension and support overall comfort and relaxation.

A full highlight involves lightening sections of hair throughout the entire head, from roots to ends, creating a bright, dimensional, and often dramatic look. 

Partial highlights focus on lightening specific sections of hair, typically the top layers or around the face, offering a subtle and natural-looking dimension, while requiring less maintenance than full highlights

Lowlights are shades of color that are darker than your natural hair color, strategically woven throughout the hair. This coloring technique adds depth and dimension, enhancing the overall appearance. It’s particularly beneficial for individuals with fine hair, as it creates the illusion of thicker, fuller locks while also providing a beautiful contrast.

Balayage is a freehand hair coloring technique, meaning "to sweep" in French, where color is painted onto the hair to create a natural, sun-kissed look with subtle, blended highlights. 

An all over color is a hair coloring technique where the entire head of hair is colored with a single process, resulting in a one-dimensional, solid color from root to tip, often used to cover grays or achieve a dramatic, solid hue.

A color retouch is a service where color is applied to the newly grown hair (roots) to seamlessly blend with the previously colored hair, ensuring a uniform color from root to tip. 

This treatment is perfect for one or two major problem areas. We start with a quick assessment of your pain. I then focus a full 30 minutes on treatment to get you relief. Massage is used along with any needed therapies like hot stones, cooling packs, stretching, or aftercare advice to help get you on the road to relief. Pair with any of my spa add-on services.

Elevate your treatment with our relaxing body scrub. Clear away dead skin cells with an exfoliating scrub applied to arms and hands as well as legs and feet. Hot towels are used to clean away the excess to reveal smooth glowing skin.
